- Have the answers to these questions ready when you contact us:
- Who will you be sending to (customers, prospects, etc.)?
How many different groups will there be?
- If you are sending to more than one group, will the content
be the same or different?
- How many email addresses do you want to send to, or would
you like us to quote on obtaining a list for you?
- Will you be entering the email addresses into the database
yourself, or would you rather have us enter your list(s) for you?
- How often you would like to market to your audience? Tip:
If you send too frequently your audience will have a tendency
not to open your emails, AND especially if the information you
are sending is not relevant to them.
- What part of the content will you be providing and what
part will we need to create for you? (copy, pictures, etc.)
- Contact us with the information above for a price quote and
account set up.
- Once your account is set up we will create a private database
for you that your contacts will be entered into.
- Provide us with the content and we design the email for
you in html format.
- You will have the opportunity to preview and edit your email
prior to it being sent.
- Once it is approved, you tell us when and how often to send it.
